Each haute couture creation is individually quoted based on the selected design, level of customization, craftsmanship, materials, and any additional client requirements.

Any quotation provided is valid only for the period specified and may be subject to revision before final confirmation.

4. Orders & Payments

A couture order is confirmed only after both parties have agreed to the design specifications and payment terms.

Production may begin only after any required deposit or payment has been received.

5. Production & Delivery

Production timelines vary according to the complexity of each garment and will be communicated during the consultation process.

Delivery estimates apply only after the completed garment has been dispatched. Shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

6. Cancellations & Returns

As each couture garment is custom-made exclusively for the client, orders are generally non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, artwork, logos, videos, text, graphics, and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Robert Abi Nader and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Product Representation

Every effort is made to accurately present our couture creations. Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments and differences in display settings, fabrics, embellishments, colors, and finishes may vary slightly from those shown on the website.
