At Robert Abi Nader, every haute couture creation is meticulously handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. As each garment is individually made or prepared, shipping times differ from those of standard retail products.

Order Processing

All couture orders are confirmed once payment has been received and any required measurements or design details have been finalized.

Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of each piece and will be communicated to you during the ordering process.

Orders are shipped only after the garment has successfully completed our quality control process.

Shipping

Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped through a trusted international courier.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Lebanon: 1–3 business days
  • International: 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery estimates do not include the production or tailoring period.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected delivery service. Applicable shipping costs will be communicated before your order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the client.

Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information, where available.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Robert Abi Nader cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and determine the most appropriate resolution.
